About View Snapchat Stories
View Snapchat Stories is a small set of tools for public Snapchat content: a story viewer, a profile viewer, story and Spotlight downloaders, a username checker, a subscriber counter and a status check.
Why we built it
Snapchat’s own website shows public profiles, but it’s built to send you to the app. Watching a whole story on a computer, or saving a Spotlight video, is awkward. We wanted pages that open fast on any phone, show everything public on one screen, and let you save a snap with one tap.
What we will never do
- Ask for your Snapchat password or login
- Claim to show private or friends-only stories (nobody can)
- Store copies of photos or videos
- Use fake download buttons, or ads made to look like part of the tool
